For our US customers: Although Musou Black Paint has cleared the TRA requirements and is LHAMA certified, please be advised that the product may contain ingredients that are not on the TSCA inventory. Due to this, the importer (you) may need to claim a R&D exemption. This labeling means that you may only use the products for your own research and development (R&D) activities.

To this end, FedEx/UPS may ask you to send them a TSCA Certification (or you may receive one from them) once the paint enters the US. In this case, please refer to the adjacent photo of our TSCA Certification instructions.
